When the kids were little we got one of those big wooden play sets about 6 years ago... well now my kids are soon to be 10 and 12.... I am happy to report it has found a new home about 4 houses down!!!! They have 3 kiddos all under the age of 3!!!! So they will put it to good use! We told them if they came and took it apart and moved it... they could have it. They are about half done with it. The mom and kids brought brownies over last night to say thank you which was really sweet. The little girl is so excited she can barely stand it... she's going to be bugging her daddy non stop to build the swing!!!!!
Not much planned for me today. Hopefully it will stay that way!
Prayers to all who need them... any update's on Robin's son?

I put some decorations out yesterday for Halloween. I can't find our orange lights but am hoping to find them today so I can put them out. The kids helped me hang the bats from the tree.
Hope everyone has a great day today!
Paige - good job on recycling the kids play set!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Yes, I locked myself out of my own home last night. A half hour or so and $160 later, I am finally back in the house. Don was so sweet about it, and didnt rub it in until now. We have this thing now where when I am leaving the football watching party, he will talk to me the whole way home (probably about 10-12 miles) on the phone, and then we will both go to sleep. Well, last night he talked to me the whole way home, and when I realized I was locked out, he called the locksmith for me, and then we talked until he got to the house. The moral of the story is if you hide a key in the garage, always be sure to put it back before you leave the house.
Going to the State Fair today after Sunday School, should get my excercise in with all the walking we will be doing, I have not been to the fair since revision to RYN but I an not worried about the food tempations since fried foods don't appeal to me as much anymore.
Have a great day!

If anyone is going to stay in town and is interested in joining us, the annual Turkey Trot, benefitting Ft Worth YMCA is early Thanksgiving morning. Corbin wants to do the 10K instead of the 5K this year. The link is
It's always thru a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is real friendly-plus it's only $20, it's a good cause-and it's EXERCISE. I'll probably d a thread on it this week and see if anyone wants to suffer thru with me.
